St Joseph AACC, Sept 14, 2020: With special blessings from Father Ala, and in accordance with Canon Law 504, the Lights have been passed unto the new PFC Officers during the official unveiling. The event took place during the Saturday Mass on September 12, 2010, before many of the parish members attending the live mass and online. The new Council was received with lots of love and applause. The new Council Members consist of 3 voting members, and three (3) nonvoting members, and carry three (3) years term, effective September 12, 2020. The elected members are;
Ayed Y Ireifej-Chair, Jamal Shehadeh-Vice-Chair, Lisa Slamani-Secretary, Johnny Jaini, Sunday Mass Collection-Pomona Campus, Issa Sayegh-Sunday Mass Collection-Redland Campus, and Danny Ennabl- CPA, Advisor.
Each member brings extensive experience in finance and accounting and fundraising opportunities. The new Council will focus mainly on the church givings and expenses, promote donations, and fundraising opportunities while collaborating with the Parish priest and other Pastoral Councils.
The Council plan to hold its first meeting on Tuesday, September 22, 2020.
